The Restaurant

The cuisine of Trentino has a culinary tradition that is mainly influenced by Tyrolean and Austrian cuisine (the present-day Trentino was part of the county of Tyrol for centuries) and in a minor part from Venetian cuisine. It is also influenced by the particular nature linked to the historical and geographical isolation of the alpine valleys.
